• The following is a simplified procedure that can identify the software interfering with GeoStudio via process of elimination.
  1. Ensure all Windows Updates have finished and re-start the computer.
  2. If the error persists, disable your antivirus and / or malware prevention software one at a time.
  3. After disabling, attempt to run GeoStudio again and see if the error persists.
  4. Continue this process until you find the software that is interfering with GeoStudio.
  5. Once you find the software that is interfering, you will need to add an exception in the software so it will ignore GeoStudio.
  6. To add an exception, you will need to consult the documentation for the software causing the problem.
