This article shows you how to find the GeoStudio Setup log files. If you encounter problems installing GeoStudio, it is helpful to attach the Setup log files to your support ticket.
Before You Start
- This process assumes the host operating system is Windows 10.
Locating Setup Log Files
- Open 'File Explorer' (shortcut: Ctrl + N).
- In the 'Address Bar' type:
%localappdata%/temp
- This will navigate to the local 'AppData' folder for your profile.
- Look for the GeoStudio_xxx.log files in this folder.
- Attach these to your support ticket.
